At UPPYLABS, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — because getting your products delivered should be simple and stress-free.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your chosen address.

During busy periods — such as holidays or promotional sales — processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and local postal services. Once dispatched, your order’s estimated delivery time is as follows:

🇺🇸 United States: 4–7 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 4–7 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–20 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7–20 business days
🌍 Other International Orders: 10–25 business days

Please note: During peak seasons or due to customs inspections, there may be occasional delays beyond our control. Tracking updates may also take additional time to appear once your package is in transit.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses can result in delays or order cancellations.

If our system detects a potential issue with your address, our support team will reach out via email within 3 business days for verification.
If we do not receive a response within this time frame, your order may be canceled and refunded.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us at Olivia@uppylabs.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best to correct it, but once your order has entered the processing or shipping stage, we may not be able to make changes.


Delayed Delivery

We understand that receiving your order quickly is important to you — and we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery.
However, some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier or postal delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Customs clearance issues

  • High seasonal shipping volumes

We’ll always work closely with our courier partners to resolve any delays and keep you updated on your order’s progress.

Please note that UPPYLABS cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and is not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We know how frustrating it can be to experience a lost or stolen package.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, UPPYLABS is no longer in control of the shipment.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived, please contact us at Olivia@uppylabs.com — we’ll help you investigate and guide you through next steps.

We also recommend reaching out directly to the courier to file a missing package claim. Most couriers require details such as your tracking number and delivery confirmation.
While UPPYLABS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to assist you and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

If your package cannot be located, you may also choose to file a police report for stolen mail.
