Cancellation Policy
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
After this period, your order may have already entered processing or shipment and can no longer be modified.
If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your items arrive safely.
A product is considered damaged only if it has a manufacturing defect or arrives physically broken. Please note that minor shipping wear — such as dented or scuffed boxes — does not qualify as product damage if the item itself remains in good condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing Olivia@uppylabs.com and including a clear photo of the damage.
We will assess your claim and, if eligible, provide a replacement at no cost.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, UPPYLABS cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues outside of our control — including courier delays, customs holds, or other unforeseen circumstances during transit.
If you experience a delay or issue, please contact your shipping courier directly for updates.
UPPYLABS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and you do not notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, we will be unable to issue a resend or refund once the order has been processed.
